Welcome to AI Interview Ready ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our website, mobile application, and services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read these terms carefully.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into these Terms and to abide by all the terms and conditions set forth herein.

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Service Usage and Limitations

Our Services provide AI-powered interview preparation tools. The questions, answers, and feedback generated are for practice purposes only and do not guarantee successful interview outcomes. We do not guarantee that the questions generated will match your actual interview questions.

You understand that the AI technology we use has limitations and may not always provide perfect or appropriate responses. You are responsible for reviewing and evaluating all content generated by our AI systems.

5. User Content

You retain all rights to any content you submit, post, or display on or through our Services ("User Content"). By providing User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, copy, modify, and display your User Content for the purposes of operating and improving our Services.

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to your User Content, and that your User Content does not violate the rights of any third party, including intellectual property rights and privacy rights.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

Some features of our Services require payment of fees. You agree to pay all applicable fees as described on our website. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated or required by law.

For subscription plans, your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel it before the renewal date. If you cancel your subscription, the cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to your subscription features until the end of the current billing period, after which your subscription will not renew. No refunds or credits will be provided for any partial or unused period of your subscription, unless otherwise required by law.

If you change to a different subscription plan (including downgrading to a cheaper plan), the change will take effect at the start of your next billing period. No partial refunds or credits will be given for the current billing period.

You can manage or cancel your subscription through your account settings.

Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.

7. Intellectual Property and Trademarks

Our Services and their contents, including but not limited to text, graphics, images, logos, and software, are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use, copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our explicit permission.

8. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information about how we collect, use, and disclose your personal information.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that our Services will meet your requirements, be available on an uninterrupted, secure, or error-free basis, or that results obtained from using our Services will be accurate or reliable.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OUR SERVICES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SERVICES IN THE PAST SIX MONTHS OR $100.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless our company, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of our Services.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the updated Terms on our website or through other communications. Your continued use of our Services after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Termination
